Autumn reminder: Check Your Floor Furnace, Wall Heaters and Water Heater

As the seasons change, it is a good idea to check your heaters to ensure that you get good service when it starts to get cold.  We are licensed to work on wall heaters and floor furnaces. These gravity style units can keep you toasty warm all season long. Powers plumbing service professional will clean and service your heaters, check the venting and for any gas or carbon monoxide leaks and make any necessary repairs. If SDG & E has determined that you have a cracked firebox then the heater needs to be replaced, otherwise, they are very often repairable.  We have the know how to work on these old gravity systems. 

While you are at it, you may also wish to check your water heater and adjust the temperature as the water coming in starts to cool down this time of year.
